The weekly price (from Saturday to Saturday) includes bathroom towels, kitchen & bed linen, water, gas, wood for fireplace and barbecue, Internet WIFI.
The deposit of 30% must be paid at the booking, full payment in cash is due upon arrival.

OBBLIGATORY
Euro 200,00 for deposit upon arrival and will be refunded at departure.
Final cleaning: euro 75,00 for the apartment ALBA and 90,00 for the apartment TRAMONTO
Electricity euro 0,50 kwh.

EXTRA
Heating is available for 15 Euros (Tramonto) 12 Euros (Alba) per day.
Euros 5 for each wash using washmachine. 

Arrivals: after 4 p.m. Departures: before 10.00 a.m.
Pets are not allowed.
